Acceptable Use Policy

Your Hosted Claws instance is yours to use. But there are some ground rules.

Don't

  • Use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours (Australia)
  • Attempt to access other customers' instances, data, or infrastructure
  • Use your assistant to generate spam, phishing content, or malware
  • Use your assistant to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Deliberately attempt to bypass AI safety filters or model guardrails
  • Resell or sublicense your instance to third parties
  • Use the service in ways that consume excessive resources to the detriment of other customers

Do

  • Use common sense
  • Report security issues to support@hosted-claws.com
  • Keep your access token secret — it's your key to your instance

What Happens If You Break the Rules

We'll try to talk to you first. If the issue is serious or ongoing, we may suspend or terminate your account. In cases of clearly illegal activity, we may report it to the appropriate authorities.
